order processing is typically 1-2 weeks, but during busier times can take up to 1 month.

once your order has been shipped, we provide you tracking information via email. please note that coolcorgi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered by the carrier. if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your local carrier.

please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering, or let us know as soon as possible of any mistake, because we are unable to reroute the order once shipped and are not responsible for incorrect home delivery.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

each of our pieces are crafted as ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. all sales are final.

for flexibility, we allow for order cancellations and modifications within 24 hours of the order being placed.

if your items arrive damaged or incorrectly, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@coolcorgi.shop so we can fetch a fix.
